Payments and Policies

PAYMENTS

Wall St accepts Paypal and bank deposits as payment options.  If payment is being made via bank deposit, payment is due within three (3) days of placing an order.

We regret, that if payment is not received within 3 days, the items ordered will be cancelled and go back into stock.

SUPPLY OF GOODS

Whilst we aim to supply our customers with the products featured, in the unfortunate event the item has sold in our Retail Store we will refund the cost of goods or attempt to obtain the goods from our supplier.  Either way, we will give you a courtesy call to inform of you of the situation.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

At Wall St, it is our goal to satisfy our customers.  In the event you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact us via email within 10 days of delivery.

Items must be in original condition, unwashed, unworn and not damaged in any way.

We can offer an exchange or refund the purchase price.

Please be aware that Wall ST cannot refund the shipping costs, unless you have been sent an incorrect item/s.

Please note that neither the original or return postage will be refunded.

 

SHIPPING AND SHIPPING TIME FRAME

All orders place should arrive between 3-5 working days. If for some reason Wall St  has an issue with supplying the customer with a particular item ordered, the customer will be notified as soon as possible.

 Wall St. uses NZ post to send your parcel and charges a flat rate of $8.00 to post within New Zealand.

 

LOST/DAMAGED PARCELS

In the unlikely event your parcel is lost, stolen or damaged, Wall St is not responsible for the loss or damage.  If you would like extra protection, please purchase insurance.  Please include this in "notes to seller" and we can arrange insurance for you.
